For specific emergencies, please follow these guidelines:
Fire: Immediately raise the alarm, evacuate everyone from the property safely, and once outside, do not re-enter. Call 999 to alert the fire services.
Gas Leak: If you detect a gas smell, do not turn on any electrical switches or use open flames. Ventilate the area if possible, and contact the National Gas Emergency Service at 0800 111 999 without delay.
Electrical Outage: If you experience a loss of electricity and it is not a known power cut in your area, check your main fuse box or circuit breaker.
