Once you decide on a room, we require a one-week holding deposit to secure it. There are no agency fees; this amount will be applied towards your move-in balance.
Yes, you can view all our properties in person. If you are abroad, we also offer video viewings for your convenience.
Yes, we require references before signing the contract. Typically, we ask for your latest bank statements, passport, work contract and payslips, or proof of studies and right to rent code / visa if applicable.
Most tenants use bank transfer for payments. We also accept card payments, though card payments will incur terminal fees which the tenant must cover. Please note that all payments must be received before keys are released.
We typically ask for three weeks deposit for most of our properties
We provide a cleaner at the start of your tenancy. After that, it is up to the tenants to maintain cleanliness. We find this encourages tenants to be more conscientious about keeping the property clean.
There is a bill contribution that each tenant pays, covering all bills such as council tax, electricity, gas, internet, and water. This ensures you don’t have to worry about managing these utilities.
We perform regular checks to ensure everything is in order. If any issues arise, our team is always ready to assist. Contact details can be found in your welcome letter for quick assistance.
You will receive a Goodbye letter before moving out with instructions, please ensure that you remove all personal belongings from your room and the communal areas and also ensure that your room and communal areas are left in a thoroughly clean condition. Any required repairs should be reported to us as soon as possible and before you vacate.
Our properties come fully furnished to ensure a comfortable living environment. However, tenants are responsible for providing their own bedding.
