We'll ensure your room is ready for your arrival. Shortly after you move in, you'll receive an inventory checklist to complete and return within three days to confirm everything is in order.
You are responsible for paying the rent and bill contributions throughout your tenancy. We are committed to ensuring you have an excellent stay. Should any issues arise, our property manager is readily available via WhatsApp or email and will work promptly with our maintenance team to resolve any problems.
If you wish to terminate or renew your contract at the end of the tenancy agreement, you must provide at least one month's notice. Upon moving out, our team will perform a room inspection and process the return of your deposit within 10 working days.
